The teams are well-known by now.  The startlist is evolving.

The teams are: AG2R-Citroen, Alpecin-Fenix, Arkea-Samsic, Astana, B&B Hotels, Bahrain-Victorious, Bike Exchange, Bora-Hansgrohe, Cofidis, Decuinick-Quick Step, DSM, EF Education-Nippo, Groupama-FDJ, Ineos-Grenadiers, Intermarche-Wanty-Goubert, Israel Start-Up Nation, Lotto-Soudal, Movistar, Qhuebeka-Assos, Trek-Segafredo, and TotalEnergies.

23 teams in total with eight riders apiece.  184 riders all told.

A few teams, like Ineos-Grenadiers and Jumbo-Visma have released a complete start list.  Others are in the process of doing so.  I’ll update this page when the start lists are complete.
